Goat Cheese Stuffed Turkey Burgers

with Red Pepper and Onion Relish

Notes:

I always make way too much relish, as I like to put it in my mouth with other dishes, it is really yummy in scrambled eggs!

The o.r. calls for jarred roasted peppers, which I can only see using if peppers are out of season. I roasted the peppers(which is super easy and I am sure we will do that soon) the first couple times I made this dish for b-rad and myself(which he preferred) but I personally thought they became too sweet(I apologize for the excess parenthetical) .
